What is the diameter and length of the mounting screw threads?

The threads on the self tapping screws included with the 7- and 4-Pole Trailer Connector Socket w/ Mounting Bracket # HM40975 measure about 3 per 1/4" and they are 5/16" wide as demonstrated in the attached picture.
