Recommendation to Run Propane Gas Grill from RV Propane System

Published 10/06/2017

Question:

I have a propane tank on my camper that is hooked up to regulatory to run heat and stove. I want to add an external propane grill Weber 1200 and want to add an adapter at the propane tank to split the line to the camper always hooked up and the grill will attach when we use it. What propane line splitter do you recommend and what hose looking for a longer one to get the grill a bit away from the camper. Thank you,

It sounds like you are looking for a tee like the Camco Brass Propane Tee w/ 3 Ports # CAM59103. You will mount this brass tee between the propane supply and regulator on your RV so that you can connect an additional propane source like your Weber Grill.

This tee also includes a 12 foot extension hose so you can move the grill away from your camper like you referenced. The 1"-20 swiveling female throwaway cylinder thread at one end connects to the tee and the 1"-20 swiveling male throwaway cylinder thread at the other end will connect to the grill.
