I have a 1999 National Tradewinds RV. Class A. Can I carry two bikes and tow a 2014 Nissan Sentra with your double hitch? D210

The Curt Multi Ball Mount part # D210 is designed for exactly what you mentioned. Carrying a hitch accessory in the upper hitch opening and towing something like a dolly on the ball mount platform. This would work well for you.
It has a 7,500 lb capacity which wouldn't be an issue at all for the weight of a Nissan Sentra.
