The Air Command F3 Compressor System part # F2581 has an ECU box that is designed to control the inflow and outflow of air from the compressor to the airbags. There are 4 push to connect air fittings on the ECU with the following labels; EXH, AS-1, AS-2, and SUP.

The SUP fitting is ran to the compressor to supply the unit with air. The AS-1 fitting goes to the driver side airbag and the AS-2 fitting goes to the passenger side air bag. The 4th fitting which you are inquiring about is for the exhaust (EXH). The exhaust tube is an optional features used to reduce exhaust noise and prevent dirt from clogging the port. The exhaust port is recommended when using the kit offroad. It is not designed to be used for airing up tires.

To install the exhaust port you will want to run an airline no more than 16" long, away from the ECU pointed towards the ground. You can see this done at the 10:40 mark in the attached video.
