The Reese Ball Mount - 3-1/2" Rise, 5" Drop - 10" Long - 18,000 lbs # RP45323 does have a gloss black powder coat finish over an autophoretic coating or "A-coat". This ensures the heat resistant metal is able to be protected from corrosion and wear.
