What is backspace for this wheel? Original wheel was 3.5 inches.

The backspacing of the trailer wheel part # AM22646 that you referenced is 3-1/2 inches.
This is calculated by taking the width of the wheel (6 inches) adding an additional inch for the lip on the wheel and then dividing by two. It's that easy to calculate because all trailer wheels like this one have an offset of zero.
