Can these be used in a boat trailer application? It would be freshwater only. Are they submersible?

The Opti-Brite LED Work Light # TLL60FB you referenced is IPX9K rated which means it can handle high pressure and high temperature water aimed at it from any direction. That technically does not mean it is submersible but in most cases it would probably be fine.
