Hi, I had bought these parts. The U-bolt 1 1/2inch W/nuts 2 Pack part #SP01-120 and U-bolt Plate - 1-1/2inch Square Axles W/1-3/4inch Wide Springs part #115983. Do you know what the specified torque is for the U-boat nuts?

Yes, my contact at Redline said the nuts that come with the 1-1/2" Square Trailer U-Bolts # SP01-120 should be torqued anywhere between 45-75 ft-lbs.
