The B&W Companion # BWRVK3370 is two pieces - the base, which weighs 192 lbs, and the head, which weighs 75 lbs for a combined total of 267 lbs.
This hitch, which will fit directly in the puck system of your 2016 Ford F-250 with factory rail kit, is almost universally praised for its quality. It has jaws which are a full 1" thick that allow complete enclosure around your king pin for a highly secure connection. This also keeps the ride much quieter, as do the polyurethane bushings it comes with. The Companion even makes hooking up an easier process due to its pivoting head. It has a 20,000 lbs towing capacity, a 5,000 lbs vertical load limit, adjustable height settings from 17" - 19" and allows 12" of front to back travel.
I've added links to a couple review videos of this product for you to take a look at.
