Hi I wonder witch hitch is better for my touareg 2016 Draw-tite or Curt Ive seen installation videos of curt and they say that no fascia trim required and in the Draw-tite it shows that there is some trim required

For your 2016 Volkswagen Touareg the Curt hitch part # C13116 is a confirmed fit and does not have any fascia trimming required so it would be our best option for you.
The Draw Tite does require trimming so the Curt is the winner.
