Howdy: Do sell the Optronics MC35AEB amber lens only?

Yes, we do have the replacement lens only for the Trailer Clearance or Side Marker Light # MC35AEB. The Replacement Amber Lens # 114-15A has the same mounting hole dimensions (2-11/16" on center) that the Optronics light that you referenced has and will be compatible as a replacement lens.
I have attached a demonstration picture for you to check out and compare with what you currently have.
