Can Hollywood Racks 4 Bike Platform Bike Rack be Bought as 2 Bike and Expanded Later to 4

Im looking to buy item #hr1400. However I only want to buy the hitch mounted section. It this time I dont need the second sections. Is there a way I can do this? Thank you.

What you'd want is the part # HLY84FR if you wanted just the 2 bike portion of the 4-bike Hollywood rack bike racks.

And then if you wanted to expand it to a 4 bike rack you'd need the part # HR1475Z .
