The Thule Replacement Rubber Strip # TH853354407 referenced in your question is designed to fit the Thule Aero Load Bars. To see if they might fit the channel on your Brightlines Crossbar, you will want to take a couple measurements. This particular strip is designed to fit into a channel that is 7/16 of an inch wide on the top and 7/8 of an inch wide at the bottom. You can take these same measurements on your crossbar to see if this might be compatible. I have attached an image to further clarify these dimensions.
This will come with one replacement strip at 53 inches in length.
