I have seen both Curt models 13073 and 13004 recommended for the 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe SE. Which is correct and/or which would you suggest?

The Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver, # C13073, is a replacement hitch for the older C13004 hitch, so the newer # C13073 hitch is the correct part for your 2010 Hyundai Santa Fe. There must have been a slight design change that required a new part number at some point.
