Yes, there is a port under the dash of your 2016 Honda Pilot for installing a brake controller like our best selling P3 part # 90195.

All you need is the install harness part # 3070-P which is a confirmed fit.

I attached an install video that shows this harness installing a brake controller in a similar Honda Pilot as yours as well.
