Question:
Can not get it to work. Fuses check ok, power at the inside connector trucks side. Nothing commuting out of the block.

Thank you for your purchase of Curt 4-Pole Wiring Harness # C56365 which is a confirmed fit for the 2017 Honda Ridgeline.
If you have installed this and found that there is 12V power going into the converter box but nothing is coming out of it then this does tend to suggest it is internally damaged.
But you can check the plug both on the harness and on the vehicle side, just in case there is a contact in either connector that could be bent, which would prevent proper contact. The unit may be bad but it does happen that simply a bent contact prevents signal or power from leaving the converter.
You can also check the installation of the 7.5-amp and 10-amp fuses that go into the Ridgeline's power box under the hood. Make sure both are fully inserted.
