We have exactly what you need.
For the installation hardware for the trailer hitch on your 2001 Ford Taurus, you will want part # RHK. Once on the product page, you will simply type in the model number of the hitch you have into the "Hitch Item Number" box below the product title. We will then assemble the complete hardware kit for your particular trailer hitch.
There are three trailer hitches that were confirmed to fit your 2001 Ford Taurus; the Draw-Tite Class II 36313, the Draw-Tite 24699 which was also a class I, and the Curt Class II # C12232. They are all fairly different in design/physical appearance, so if you are unable to determine the manufacturer/model of your hitch, you can check the images on the corresponding product pages and compare them to what you have.
