For your 2009 Haulmark trailer, I recommend the Replacement Hasp for Polar Cam-Action Latch Kits - 1" Wide - Zinc-Plated Steel # 158-101 with bolt hole measurements of 4-1/4 inches on center or the Replacement Hasp for Polar Cam-Action Latch Kit - 2" Wide - Zinc-Plated Steel # PLR258-101 with a bolt hole measurement of 3-3/4 inches on center.

If you want the entire assembly, I recommend the Cam-Action Lockable Door Latch Kit w/ Narrow Hasp for Small Enclosed Trailers - Zinc-Plated Steel # 383200.
