Trying to find a gooseneck hitch to fit a ram 4500 cab chassis teuck. Have not found one yet. Would a ram 3500 gooseneck hitch fit in the feame of a 4500. Thanks

I may have a solution for you, however the custom-fit gooseneck hitches like the Curt # C60626 you referenced will not be compatible with your 4500 Cab and Chassis model. This is simply because cab and chassis models have frame rails that are closer together than standard pickup models.
If the bed on your truck happens to be a flat bed, then you can use the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNRK1500. This heavy-duty underbed hitch is designed specifically for flatbed trucks and will provide a 30,000 pound gross towing weight capacity.
