Is there a hub 4 stud with 11/16 outer bore and 1 1/16 inner bore

I believe you meant to say 1-1/16 inch inner and outer bearing spindle dimension. That is a a standard dimension and a hub like the part # AKIHUB-440-2-2K would fit and work well. It has a 4 bolt pattern as well.
