The closest we have to what you are looking for is the CE Smith U-Bolt - Zinc-Plated Steel - 6" Long x 3-1/2" Wide x 3/8" Diameter - Qty 1 # CE15260A. I realize this is a thinner diameter, but am hopeful it will work for your application.
