The Fulton Single Axle Trailer Fender with Top Step - White Plastic - 12" Wheels - Qty 1 # F008542 mounts using brackets like the Mounting Brackets for Trailer Fender - 8"/12" Wheels - Galvanized Steel - Qty 2 # CE26061G-2. I've attached a video of a similar installation to show you how this fender can be installed.
