I have a couple of options for your 2013 Ford F-150. First, you could use an under the rear seat storage system. I have included a link to the options for you. There are different models for the different cab styles of the truck as well as options for models with and without the factory sub woofer. The only thing is there isn't a locking feature on these so you would have to place the items in a lock box of some kind to ensure nothing gets into the wrong hands.
Second you may be able to use and underseat lock box such as # B4264001 provided that the dimensions of the box work with the available space under the seat. This box has overall dimensions of 17" long x 7-1/2" wide x 3-3/4" tall. Box # B4264201 has the same dimensions but it meant for the passenger's side. Box # B4264101 is approximately 13" x 9" x 3" overall.
