what is the total lenght of this jacks housing. the one on my trailer is about 23 inches.

I spoke to my contact at Pro-Series and he informed me that this Pro Series Square Jack, part # PS1400960376, has an outer jack housing length of 24 inches.
Since the one currently on your trailer is about 23 inches this # PS1400960376 looks to be a good replacement for you.
You should also note that the lift capacity of this jack is 10,000 lbs and this jack has a static capacity of 12,000 lbs. You will need to check your trailer to make sure that these capacities are compatible with your trailer.
This jack does not include the crank assembly. You would also need a Sidewind Crank Assembly for Pro Series Square Jacks, part # PS1400920383, if you also needed a crank assembly.
