Can you confirm this part will fit the 2015 SIenna SE? Also, are there any clearance issues with bumpers/ under-cladding that differ with between SE and non-SE installations?

Yes ,the Curt hitch part # C12065 that you referenced is a confirmed fit for your 2015 Toyota Sienna SE.
Underbody panels need to be trimmed but the fascia does not on your vehicle.
