Base Plate Kit Recommendation for 2017 Chevy Colorado

Question:
I have a captiva with roadmaster kit 3151-1A. I,m trading in the captiva, can the driver and passanger side arm and cross bar be used on the colorado? Thanks

The crossbar can because it's part of the tow bar and not the base plate kit, but the arms and the rest of the base plate kit are specific to the Captiva so they cannot be used with a Colorado.
The base plate kit you then would need for your 2017 Chevy Colorado is the part # RM-523182-4 which will attach to the crossbar of your Roadmaster tow bar.
