Unfortunately we don't have a video of the Roadmaster EZ5 Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # RM-521559-5 base plates being installed on your 2007 Honda CR-V. The attached installation details will give you clear pictures to assist in the installation.
I can tell you that it will be similar although not exact to the installation of the Roadmaster XL Base Plate Kit - Removable Arms # 1555-1 on a 2006 model in the video I've attached for you.
