Would my Inno cargo box that is currently installed on my square Inno bars fit my friends Yakima round bars? Or does he needs to buy a Yakima cargo box?

Just about any rooftop cargo box that fits on square roof rack bars will also fit on round bars. The one bar style that can sometimes be tougher to fit on is the heavy-duty type offered by Rhino-Rack, such as those in roof rack # RLZ01-DC.
But all of the Inno cargo boxes we offer, all shown on the linked page, will fit both round and square roof rack bars.
