looking at this hitch for my 2004 chev 2500 hd short box. the trailer has something called a rota Flex hitch Forest river 40D12 2016 Is this compatible.

I spoke with my contact at Demco about the locking plates and the HiJacker autosliding 5th wheel hitch # DM8550035 requires the use of the capture plate part # DM6171.
