Question:
My trailer is is 130mi. from me and I need to replace the old tires before going on a trip. I need to have the information in advance so a dealer can order and install them.

Since there are 18 models of camper trailer in the 2002 StarCraft product line (according to NADA guide) and since there is no guarantee that the 15-year-old trailer has the original OEM tires on it, you will need to check the tire sidewall to find the size. You could check with Jayco using the camper's VIN; they could then tell you what was originally supplied but that does not guarantee that same size is still on the camper.
Note that any given wheel size may accept more than one tire size. For instance, a 13-inch x 5-inch rim could be fitted with a ST175/80-13 or a ST185/80-13 size tire. You can refer to the linked articles on trailer tires for more information.
I also linked our main page for trailer tires. We offer tires alone or pre-mounted on wheels. If you care for new wheels you could confirm the size and order your new wheels/tires and install them yourself for some potential savings.
The three things to do to help avoid trailer tire failures are: 1) always inflate to the maximum psi pressure noted on the tire sidewall; 2) never exceed the tire weight capacity; 3) never exceed the tire speed rating. We do offer specialized trailer tires that can handle highway speeds up to 81-mph.
Part # LHAW121 is a silver 15-inch wheel with 5-on-4-1/2 lug pattern that is fitted with a Load Range D radial tire. For this item maximum load is 2,150-lbs at 65-psi and it can be operated up to 75-mph.
