Will the Rampage Minivan Center Console - 29inch Long x 9inch Wide x 14inch Tall - Charcoal fit in a 2001 Ford Windstar Van? Im a little concerned about the parking brake?

The Rampage Minivan Center Console # RA39923 that you referenced in your question is a universal fit. Unfortunately because of this we don't really have a way to confirm that it will fit your 2001 Ford Windstar.

You can take some measurements in your Windstar to do a bit of a "test fit" though. The console is 29" Long x 9" Wide x 14" Tall, so by taking those figures and measuring that out between the front bucket seats in your van you should be able to determine whether or not it will fit.
