do you have brake pads only for dexter 23-325 assembly? Do you have wheel cylinder cups to rebuild the wheel cylinder?

We do have replacement shoes for Dexter Trailer Brake # 23-325. Take a look at Electric Trailer Brake Shoe / Lining One Wheel, # BP04-160.
For wheel cylinders used with hydraulic brakes, we do have complete assemblies but a rebuild kit or individual parts for a wheel cylinder are not available.
