The Yakima RailRiders are a very old style of roof rack that hasn't been around in a long enough time that there are no landing pad or any fit info available.
If you have a set of round Yakima crossbars like the part # Y00408 you can reuse them but you have to go with the current Yakima towers etc.
For that you'd also need the part numbers # Y53TR, # Y03536, and # Y00228.
