There is no speed rating for wheels such as the Dexstar Steel Mini Mod # AM20742. The speed rating has to do with the tires; for example the Taskmaster ST235/80R16 # TTWTRTM2358016E that fits 16 inch wheels with a load range capacity of E has a max speed of 81 mph.
