I have 3500 lbs axles with 20inch leaf springs,3 leaf. whats the best and safest way without welding. I have a galvanized axle trailer. Axle hitting the frame

For your 3500 lb axles, I recommend the Dexter Trailer Springs Over-Under Conversion Kit # K71-384-00. For the spring seats it is recommended to tack weld these in place.
