Question:
just purchased a titan surge brake actuator t2404600 from you. The unit is a weld on coupler. Do I need to disassemble it to weld on to trailer.

You do not need to disassemble the Titan Adjustable-Channel Brake Actuator - Painted - Drum - Weld On - 12,500 lbs # T2404600 to weld it. It is recommended to tack weld it in place and then complete the welding. You do want to remove the cap on your master brake cylinder until the unit cools down after welding.
