Do these require balancing or are they balanced?

Kenda Karrier ST225/75D15 Bias Trailer Tire with 15" White Spoke Wheel # AM32545 is balanced in a specific way. What manufacturers do is line up the light spot in the wheel with the heavy spot on the tire to achieve some balance. They are not balanced with weights like a vehicle tire though. You can have that done if you want by a local tire shop as long as they use the pin plate adapter.
