The difference between Curt trailer hitches # C14355 and # C14357 is the fit list for each. Curt hitch # C14355 fits a 2004 Ford F-150 Heritage Edition and not the New Body 2004 models. Hitch # C14357 fits the New Body style, not the Heritage, but will not fit any models that have the factory trailer hitch.
If you have a 2004 New Body style then there are no hitches confirmed to fit on models that have the factory hitch.
