Supplemental Braking System to Flat Tow a 2010 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon

Just bought a 2010 Jeep Rubicon it is fitted with the roadmaster breaking system. The break away unit is installed, an electrical plug and air quick couple is installed also but no cables or air hose. Ill be towing with a 2004 F350 hydraulic brakes how and what do I need to make this system operational?

It sounds like you have a Roadmaster BrakeMaster for air brakes. Using the same system with the F-350 that has hydraulic brakes is going to be a lot more costly and likely even more work than removing the current system and installing a new one.
I recommend doing just that and getting a Roadmaster Even Brake # RM-9400. It's a portable system that's much easier to install. You'll also need a 12 volt outlet kit # RM-9332 and stop light switch # RM-751452.
