The Curt Class IV Receiver Hitch # 14001 referenced in your question is indeed confirmed to fit your 1993 Ford F-150 Pickup if it has a standard or step bumper. I spoke with my contact at Curt and he stated that the 1993 Ford F-150 did not have a model with a factory tube bumper. I recommend verifying the type of bumper that is on your truck to ensure that this will work. If it is an aftermarket item, then this particular hitch is not confirmed to fit.
Keep in mind that some drilling will be required and the spare tire may need to be repositioned for proper installation.
I have attached the installation details for you to look through.
