In my research on the Scion xA, Toyota only shows manufacturing this vehicle from 2004 to 2006 model years. They did not make a 2007 year model Scion xA. So, we must assume that your vehicle is a 2006 year model xA.
We do carry a Curt Trailer Class I Hitch, # C11488, that is confirmed to fit the 2006 Scion xA. This hitch is designed to custom-fit the 2006 xA and requires no drilling for installation. The hitch has an 1-1/4 inch hitch receiver opening.
I have included an installation video that shows the Curt hitch being installed on a 2005 Scion xA for you to review.
