Dual Hitch Adapter Recommendation for Towing Pop Up Camper and Carrying Bike Rack

Question:
I need a dual receiver to use both a hitch mount bike rack and pull a pop up camper. Needs to have a weight capacity of 5000 pounds. What should I get? Thank you.

The best option we have is the part # D210. This has a hitch opening on top for allowing a bike rack to install and then a ball mount below for you to tow a trailer with. It also has a 7,500 lb capacity.
