Question:
Can you purchase an extra ball mount that is used on this so when you change trailers with different size ball you do not have to change the ball. Convert-A-Ball Dual-Cushioned, Adjustable Ball Mount - 7 Rise to 9 Drop - 5,000 lbs

There is not a replacement ball mount available for the Convert-A-Ball Adjustable Cushioned Ball Mount, CAB-UM, but there is what I believe is a better solution to your dilemma.
The Convert-A-Ball Interchangeable Ball Set, item # 906B, would give you the ability to change out balls just as quickly as changing out the adjustable ball mount and would be much easier to store in the vehicle. This kit has 2-5/16 inch and 2 inch balls.
If you need 1-7/8 inch and 2 inch balls the Convert-A-Ball set # 903B, would be a good choice.
Finally, if you would like all 3 ball sizes, just in case, I would recommend the Convert-A-Ball 3-ball set, item # 902B.
All of the ball sets mentioned above are stainless steel balls, I have provided a link below to all of the 1 inch shank interchangeable ball kits that we have for you to check out.
