Which Bearing Buddy product will fit the hub on a 2017 Carry On 5x8 trailer?

To help you get the correct bearing buddy, you will need to measure the inner diameter of your hubs where the bearing covers fit. I recommend using a caliper like # PTW80157 because this is a very precise measurement needed.
