Question:
Ive purchased a hitch kit from you and a wiring harness from a local company. Im having an issue identifying the wires coming out of the tailight assembly harness. what i have requires splicing into the wires, not a harness connection. all in need is to know what color wires are what on my chryslers tailight harness. i cant seem to find this answer anywhere. No, i do not want to purchase your wiring harness, i just want to identify which wires are what. can you please help?

Since auto manufacturers can use different color wires at any time, I cannot tell you what color wires are used for your 2006 Pacifica. But I can help you out.
I recommend using a circuit tester like part # PTW2993 and test the wires on your vehicle by function. Have someone sit in the driver seat and run through the functions while you test the wires at the back of your vehicle.
Per the chart in the helpful article I have attached, the typical wire color for Chrysler vehicles is Brown for right turn and brake, Dark Green for left turn and brake, Black with a Yellow stripe, or Black for the taillights, and Black for a ground.
