Question:

We need a replacement lock for our XCargo Xtreme car carrier purchased a year ago. The key bent in the lock and now the lock will not properly lock completely. Sears cannot locate a part...carrier only used twice. Thank you!

Expert Reply:

The replacement locks are only available if the lock core and or key have the letter N followed by a number. This is normally a 3 digit number.

For instance:
The replacement key for N007 is part # THKEYN007, the lock cylinder is # THLOCKN007.
The replacement key for N070 is part # THKEYN070, the lock cylinder is # THLOCKN070.
