Is 8 inch Trailer Tire part # AM10002 Designed to be Mounted By Hand

Question:
1- Is it an easy task to mount an 8 inch tire on the rim?? 2- do I need some sort of sealant to get it to hold pressure??

You wouldn't want to try and mount an 8 inch trailer tire like the part # AM10002 to a rim. You would want to take the tire and your rim to a shop and have them use their machine to mount the. No need for a sealant either.
