Can the Leveling Scissor Jack Set # JSC-24 Lift a Trailer

Question:
Can this jack lift a 4000 lb. trailer or is it simply a stabilizer jack?

The Leveling Scissor Jack Set, item # JSC-24, is designed as a leveling, stabilizer jack, that is to be bolted to the frame of the trailer.
If you could find a location close enough to the wheel and tire to mount the jack securely, then the 5,000 pound capacity of the jack could be used to do maintenance or change a tire on a 4,000 pound trailer. Mounting the jack at the corners of the trailer would most likely not provide enough lift for this application.
These jacks are not designed to lift a trailer completely off of the ground in any situation.
