Troubleshooting LED Lights on the Curt Adapter to 7-Pole and 4-Pole

Question:

I have the curt 57674 for my 2013 ford e 350. I had a company hook it up. The 12 volt light stays on and the BK light keeps blinking. I am concerned about the BK light. Should it keep blinking or is something hooked up wrong? Thank you

On the Curt 4-Pole and 7-Pole Adapter, # C57674, the blinking LED light for the brake may have a short. I recommend having the company who installed the unit to check to make sure that the wire connection is secured. The wire may be loose and grounding out causing the LED to light on the adapter.

As for the 12-volt LED, the circuit is wire direct to the battery and is live all the time.
