I have a model HR 1450 SPT RDR 2 B RECUM bike rack for my van. I bent the tightening handle and I need a new one. the picture of #HRNWLB3X doesnt look like the handle I have now. Maybe they have change looks. Thanks

The anti-rattle bolt and lever in your picture looks more like # HRNWLB1 which is for Road Runner bike racks for 1-1/4 inch receivers. I checked with Hollywood Racks and they do show # HRNWLB3X as the correct replacement for the Sport Rider SE bike racks for recumbent bikes so it would just be a design change issue.
